Lipizzaner

Today we wanted to go and see the Lipizzaner stallions.

Unfortunately, there was a printing mistake in the program and they were already on vacation.

But: They had a special program for people like us.

Thomas found it boring.

Some mares with their month-old colts.

Three-year old stallions before they got any training

and before they turn white.

And some driving action.

Thomas found out that horses are nice but that

they are better...

... as Lebekäse in a kaiser roll.

We took a short break at Demel´s,

the Imperial sweet shop.

We watched them make Apfelstrudel.

Thomas had a piece of Anna Torte.

We went to the main hall in the National Library.

They had an exhibit on historic ad posters.

We took a short break at Cafe Bräunerhof,

ate lunch and read papers

before we went to the Kinderuni.
